Giles Deacon Back to London Fashion Week

After displaying his last two collections in Paris, the creative director of Ungaro, Giles Deacon plans to back in action at London Fashion Week

Former Gucci designer showed a collection in Paris during the last two seasons, but he must return to their home country at the prestigious event at London Fashion Week next September. As quoted from Femalefirst, Friday (16/07/2010).

Giles talks about his own label, he said, “Giles is a classic London label and I am very happy to be at London Fashion Week show after two seasons of success in Paris.”

Matthew Williamson, Antonio Berardi, Burberry Prosum, and Jonathan Saunders will appear for the third consecutive season, while Michael Van Der Ham, Maria Katrantzou, David Koma, and Holly Fulton will be making their catwalk debut at London Fashion Week.

Earlier this year, Deacon has been confirmed as the new creative director of Emanuel Ungaro, but promised to forward his own clothing line.

“I certainly would not want to violate their own lines, but I like things that are very feminine, lots of colors, prints great, great quality, some unusual wounds. All the things I liked in the world of fashion design. I will bring what I felt appropriate for the Ungaro woman, “he said.
